The ETI ThermaData Stainless Steel Datalogger with 100mm Probe (model 17-293931) is a professional temperature monitoring unit designed for applications requiring high-temperature data logging. The logger features an extended 100mm penetration probe, making it ideal for measuring temperatures in deeper materials or processes. Housed in a waterproof, food-grade 316 stainless steel enclosure classified to IP66/67 standards, this datalogger provides excellent protection against corrosion, impacts, and moisture, making it perfect for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other demanding industrial environments.

With a temperature measurement range from -20 to 105°C and a resolution of 0.5°C, this datalogger delivers consistent accuracy in harsh conditions. It can store up to 4,000 temperature readings with a user-programmable logging interval from 1 to 255 minutes. The 100mm long penetration probe enables temperature measurement in deeper semi-solid products and processes, ensuring precise monitoring in food production, sterilization validation, and other critical applications where the standard 50mm probe may not suffice.

The ThermaData logger is compatible with the user-friendly ThermaData software, which allows for easy programming of logging frequencies, real-time clock settings, °C/°F units, and delayed start options (up to 23 hours, 59 minutes). The software also enables comprehensive data analysis with features for graphical representation, tabulation, and data export. Each logger is supplied complete with a two-meter USB cable and a traceable calibration certificate, ensuring measurement accuracy for critical applications such as HACCP monitoring and regulatory compliance.
