Hygienic design
Maintaining a hygienic catering thermometer probe is essential for food businesses. The casing of the Thermapen ONE Bluetooth thermometer contains Polygiene BioMaster product protection to reduce bacterial growth. It is also completely waterproof to IP67, allowing it to be immersed in water for thorough cleaning.
Folding probe
Folding instant-read thermometers are ideal for protecting your probe from damage while making it easy to transport and keep handy throughout the day. This Bluetooth food thermometer features a reduced-tip, stainless steel penetration probe that rotates 180° and folds into the side of the instrument for safe storage. 
How to use the Thermapen ONE BLUETOOTH THERMOMETER
To use the Thermapen ONE Bluetooth thermometer, simply pair it with your device (iOS or Android), probe the item to be measured, and press the button to transmit your temperature data. The thermometer displays a ”PASS” or ”FAIL” response depending on whether the recorded temperature is within the set limits of the item. View and manage your temperature readings with your custom software. 
Custom software available
A Software Developer Kit (SDK) is available upon request to allow integrators to write custom apps to communicate with the Thermapen ONE Blue. Free end-to-end technical support is available. 
Please note: New display features are only available when using the latest software development kit. BLE 5.0 thermometers have a range of up to 50 metres, depending on the make and model of the user’s smart device. Environmental conditions can also affect signal strength.
