Description
The RayTemp Blue infrared non-contact thermometer is designed and manufactured in the UK and includes many of the features found in the RayTemp 2, but with wireless Bluetooth technology.
Simply connect to your host device (iOS or Android), press and hold the measure button, and aim the thermometer at the target to display the surface temperature and securely transfer data via a secure connection of up to 50 meters.
The device features a 5:1 optical ratio (distance-to-spot ratio) and therefore the thermometer should be placed as close to the target as possible. The standard emissivity is 0.95 but can be adjusted from 0.1 to 1 if required. The device does not include laser aiming, which will appeal to those who are health and safety conscious and do not require this feature.
The RayTemp Blue infrared thermometer has a large, easy-to-read LCD screen with a low battery indicator and an automatic shut-off function that turns off the instrument after 10 minutes, maximizing battery life.
Each unit is housed in a robust ABS case containing Polygiene BioMaster product protection that reduces bacterial growth and is powered by three
AAA batteries providing at least 3000 hours of battery life.
